As with most non-profit organizations, the CAHC depends on the time and talent of many volunteers. There are numerous positions to fill each year, including:
Board of Directors — The CAHC Board of Directors is responsible for the affairs, funds and property of CAHC and is charged with carrying out the purpose and aims of CAHC according to the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations.

Age Representatives — Age Representatives are essential for all divisions maintaining a House program. The Age Representative serves as a liaison to the Board and is the central point of communication for the parents and participants in their division.
